Another video of doing challenges with a kendama after drinking a lot of water, until the person peed in his diapers. Nice desperation with crotch grabbing towards the end of the video.
Along the way he also wanted to dump, but apparently this was not in his plan, and I guess he somehow took care of this aspect along the way.

at least the milkman was peeing into the storm grate. it was dark and he figured no one was up to see him and it would be hard to see in the dark and he did not see the tiny spy cameras they have now that you can look right at them and not tell they are a camera.

Typical car desperation on a highway. The drink that went in, eventually had to come out into the same cup.

Although not mentioned anywhere in the video description, with the help of Google Maps and Google Street View, I am quite positive of the route that the car took.
The video started on the C1 expressway just north of the Tokyo station, travelling westbound in the counterclockwise direction. In the vicinity of the Imperial Palace, while inside a tunnel, the car turned into Metropolitan Expressway No. 4 and continued to travel westwards. Right after he finished peeing, the car exited the expressway into Gaien Higashi-dori northbound.

To our delight, the world continues to have young men who will imbibe large drinks and then get in a car for along drive without any thought of peeing beforehand, perhaps assuming that he can hold it until they reach their destination. In this case he had a very full bladder!

Too bad we didn't see the entire wee without breaks. (I'm guessing that the edited breaks were when he was too exposed for YouTube standards.) I imagine it was substantial! There probably are not many options at night in central London for a biker.
