I'm not really the right person to answer you, because German is a poor 4th language for me. But, in case our resident German language experts don't chip in this time, here's a very rough summary.
If you specify a particular scene which you want translated, you might get more reaction. Translating the entire video word for word would be a lot of work for someone. But if Chikita, peecadilly, or anyone else is up to it, you might be lucky.
After a couple of hours wait he's saying his bladder is absolutely full but it doesn't matter, he's okay.
In the next scene he mentions his kidneys and the possibility of doing it in his jeans. Then in the clothes shop he is mentioning that he could just do it because of the diaper, but he can't or doesn't want to.
Then, when we see him sitting outside, he has finally wet himself, though (possibly?) only a bit. He's a bit rejecting of the interviewer's questions at that point, doesn't seem to want to talk about it. Not until we see him by the wall with his head against his hand does he finally celebrate that he managed to pee himself in front of all those people doing their shopping.
