True Story

This incident happened years ago and it is absolutely true. One evening I was walking back to my car after a late dinner in a crowded residential inner city neighborhood. I had parked some blocks away as only street parking was available at that time and finding a parking place in the popular neighborhood had been a real challenge. I was walking down the sidewalk looking for my car among the many others parallel parked on both sides of the narrow street. It was dark, and I was the only one out there. Suddenly, I heard the unmistakable sound of liquid splashing on the ground and as I walked forward, I saw an older black gentleman standing between the narrow space between the back of one large pick-up truck and the front of another, facing me and the sidewalk, holding his penis and pissing loudly onto the ground between the two parked vehicles. He was dressed shabbily, in baggy, old brown pants that were a size or two too large for him and an untidy white shirt. He had a scraggly white beard. I thought he might be homeless. I paused, rather startled to see him, but he just continued doing what he was doing as if I wasn't there, his strong and steady stream flooding the pavement below. I quickly regained my composure and politely kept walking, but then immediately realized that I had actually parked around the corner. I turned right back around, fully expecting to see the man again (it had only been a few seconds), but to my surprise, he was gone. Now I was really intrigued and looked around a little, but he had literally disappeared. All of the vehicles around were empty, and there wasn't a trace of anyone. At this point, I used the flashlight feature on my phone to inspect the area between those two trucks expecting to see a massive puddle or wet spot, but to my horror, the area was completely dry. To this day, I cannot explain what happened.
