Hi, I’ve never heard of that escape room since I don’t live in the UK but I’ve looked it up.
From what I’ve read you spend two hours in the cell either way if you can’t solve the puzzles within the first hour.
This leads me to wonder: Were there lads who needed to pee within the first hour and were shocked/surprised/anxious to hear that they’d have to stay in there for another hour? I guess it’s very likely that someone in there might urgently need to pee.

Hi Simon, that's what I've been wondering. I also wonder if any have had a drink before, build some courage up?
Yes, I think it's possible. So, your idea is to drink a pint beforehand and if my research serves that is roughly around 600 ml. Hmm, I guess drinking that knowing you'll have to last one hour is one thing but keeping in mind that you might have to hold it for two hours... Sounds like gambling with bladder capacity to me but an interesting idea at the same time.
I think a pint would definitely be manageable if not a little uncomfortable. Could definitely be interesting to work at though- maybe there would be days I wouldn't be quick enough to let somebody desperate out...

i reckon a pint of lager should be manageable - but very uncomfortable?
Uncomfortable for sure. The question is: Do they let people out to use the toilet during the two hours? Are they somewhere near the cell? Would be awkward to have to yell that you need a piss in order to get heard
