I think Sam's actions suggest that he's holding back a definite need to pee but is possibly not completely conscious of it yet.

He was moving about quiet a bit, which on its own might not amount to anything. But then he was grabbing too, for quite a prolonged period. Together, what does it equal? haha

Anyone got any thoughts as to why he didn't grab himself to try and hold on longer? Seems kind of bizarre that if you are on the verge of pissing yourself (and ultimately you do piss yourself) you wouldn't try to grab to stop it. Surely if your options are grab and maybe keep holding it, or don't grab and piss yourself, you're gonna opt for the first haha

I think the way he's handcuffed makes it difficult to grab. He does try to stop it using his thighs, but obviously the effort is futile.

I normally do not like wetting all about the desperation but that was a genuine wet himself because the desperation was so bad and a kinda did like it i genuienly do not think he could hold it and didnt just decide to pee himself.

I want to know what that officer was thinking of when he asked if the guy had swimming trunks on when it was clear that the guy was about to have an accident! As if swimming trunks would have made any difference??
