A friend of mine did that job for several years. I asked him how he handled bathroom needs. He said he kept a large coffee cup or a Gatorade bottle at hand to pee in when there was no easy access to a restroom. But you can't just pee in a cup with a passenger in the car and he had had more than one occasion he had gotten hella-desperate when stuck in traffic on a long trip with passenger even to the point of leaking a bit to relieve the pressure. And once he was driving in the dark hours of the early morning, came down with the runs, couldn't find an open restroom and after dropping off a passenger he lost control and totally filled his pants.

We have a long bridge that runs between Tampa and St Pete, the Howard Frankland Bridge. Every now and then there's a bad wreck and traffic is at a full stop for a long while, often well over an hour. On one occasion I got stuck out there. I didn't have to pee, but a guy in front of me sure did. A passenger door opened and this young guy jumps out, runs to the edge of the bridge and proceeds to pee over the barrier. I enjoyed imagining the guy's mounting desperation as he sat there with his need growing by the minute and maybe he started leaking and realized he was going to flood his pants so swallowed any pride and modesty and peed out in front of all of us.

Post football games, here it’s NRL.
Circumstances being what they are, easy to scan peedar friendly, I think enjoying a nice post-game pee out in the night air is a mutually understood pleasure.
There’s a very convenient great big open sports field next block up from the stadium, adjacent main thoroughfare and car parks, very dark at night, just ambient light.
Walking back towards the main thoroughfare, crossed paths with another dude, I think we mutually know what each other is going to do or already did. He walked just a bit further out into the middle of the field away from the ambient light. The moment he reaches the point just outside the ambient light, immediately takes stance, unzips, and hose the grass. Behind me a powerful thick stream and groan of satisfaction indicates was probably already busting when the game ended, but maybe didn’t want to deal with the queues and now after holding a little longer it just feels really good pissing out in the open night air.
My proximity is not particularly concerning, good probability I just did the same thing.
Also, probably has peed there previously, or seen other guys do it, it's a very convenient and often used spot.
This one just looked and sounded like it would have felt good

Driving to Cornwall on Friday (UK) along A30.
Saw a mid 20s guy pissing in a lay by....nice sighting lol..but here is the weird bit..his jogging pants were pulled right down to his ankles revealing a very nice bottom!!
