He says he drinks a lot of water when he's working out, and his routine probably includes a stop at the rest room that he referred to, only this time he couldn't wait to get to it. That was a pretty small container, and it would be hard to stop when it's full, so I'm not surprised that he got some on his shorts.
Yes, he says he couldn't get to the rest room in time and that's why he had to use the container. If only his girlfriend had filmed his desperation: that must have been a sight.
Maybe we should mention that the interesting part of the video is 1:45 - 2:55.

I agree! That point you mention at around 2:53 is a very interesting one, where he suddenly puts his phone away, stops the scissoring of his legs and just starts looking around anxiously as if it's finally dawned on him that he's really got to go... This is just the sort of video I really love. Let's hope the inaccurate title doesn't trigger Youtube staff to censor this one.

I agree too. I suppose that:
1. He used texting to distract from his need to pee, until the urge became too strong to ignore.
2. For some people, needing to pee causes arousal.

I concur. His leg action is typical of someone who has to pee, some degree of arousal is common under these circumstances, and he does look a bit anxious.
It's not clear to me why Jos is wet all over the front of his shirt right from the start. (Spilt beer maybe? They're all probably on the way home from the bar, aren't they?) But it's quite clear why he's trying unsuccessfully to get the button of his jeans undone. At one point close to the start, one of his hysterical friends shouts at him that he'll have to piss in his pants.
"What a relief! I thought I was gonna wet myself at the interview!"
"Damn the traffic! Been holding for about three hours!"
"Here we go! Ahhhhhhh Amazing piss!"
