Hold this morning

Was working at home this morning so able to do a hold
Managed to hold for 4 hours after drinking 3 coffees and 2 litres of water
Leaked badly whilst on the phone to work but still managed to hold 1.4 litres 🙂
I have a video if anyone wants to see?
