Yes, I wonder that too. Early in the clip I'd thought that the other guy wearing grey sweats was in more trouble because he was grabbing himself and generally looking desperate, and as you say this guy never showed any signs until he suddenly disgraced himself. But my best guess is that it was involuntary and he'd held on as long as he possibly could. It seems to confirm what we've probably all noticed which is that different guys display full bladders in very different physical degrees, and for some you just wouldn't guess by looking at them.

Maybe their conversation reveals more about their desperation. Googlism2008 (or anyone else), do you understand what each of them is saying?

I have the feeling that the first and the last simply let go. The first person to pee was also unexpected to me. The last to pee probably done so to finish the show. Overall I believe that this show is half scripted, but I don't really know.
However, the second and third to pee are clearly desperate to me. Yet the two of them display their desperation somewhat differently, which I find interesting. The guy in gray sweats would pinch himself from time to time, while the guy in jeans avoided touching his privates - he showed his overt desperation via other body language until it started to come out in full flow. As he peed, it can be seen that the top button of his jeans is unbuttoned, which gives further credence to his overly full bladder.
I think when the first started to pee, it caused everybody to laugh so hard to cause the second and third to lose control of their bladders.
Through the video, we can see the build up of the desperation of the second and third guys until the point when they both lost it. This is what made the video hot for me.

I can't count how many times I watched this video, the guy was in the car with his wife and kids going to the shop, and had such a urge to pee he started in his pants!
