From what you both say, I guess this is a desperate player on the substitute's bench in a soccer match, squeezing his crotch, right?. I'm almost tempted now to abandon my principles and make a Twitter/X account so I can see it.

It must happen quite often. Substitute players have to be hydrated and ready but don't sweat it out running around the pitch until they're finally needed. By then the bladder will have filled up!
