Yes, and the article said that drivers have to sometimes wait up to two hours at depots. Imagine sitting there all that time with a bursting bladder!
Mwuahahaha. So. What you do is pull the curtains, kneel in the passenger footwell and reuse an empty 2L water bottle. That's why the drivers carry them.
