Or maybe the other way round. He had a little bit of an accident and that caused him to sweat with the panic about what he'd done.

From the front it really looks like he peed himself, though from the back it appears to be sweat. Perhaps it's a combination of both!

Looks damp to me, but unsure if its pee or something else.

Now did this happen before he peed or because of trying to hide from the camera?

That's a good one. I guess those three are probably together in one group, encouraging each other to take a much needed piss where they aren't supposed to. Who knows, maybe they had to get out of the train earlier than they intended?

That's in Boston MA (US)! I recognize the Red Line station. There are no public toilets at most of the stations, and certainly not on the trains. So what's a fellow to do when he's been holding it and holding it and it's still another half hour ride home?
