Yep, the first minute of this video is very interesting to watch, isn't it? It's fortunate that although the picture quality is poor we still see exactly what happens to him thanks to what he's wearing on his lower half.

I found this on YouTube. It's a group of Mexican guys in the car and the one in the passenger seat has to piss so bad he's shifting in his seat and grabbing his crotch. I'll put some translations of the best moments below:

0:19 - Passenger: F*ck, turn green already, damn it!
0:22 - Driver: It's red, idiot, what the f*ck do you want me to do?
0:25 - Passenger: Dude, I really have to piss.
0:29 - Passenger: [I'll have to] let it out into a bottle.

When the light turns green, he calls the guy an asshole and mutters on about how bad he has to piss. At the very end you can hear him starting to say "Seven minutes" and then the video cuts off, so I can assume they were only seven minutes away from their destination? I wonder whether he was able to hold it until then.

Yes, there's a fair bit more in that extended version. And that narrator goes into incredible detail about all the possible scenarios and risks in the guy's search for a solution to his problem.
There are quite a number of French speakers here, by the way, so if it's not necessary to wait until you're back from holiday if anyone has any specific requests for scenes. (But there's far too much for the whole lot to be put down in writing, as you rightly imply.)
I did want to thank you, neodreamwaters, for the translation from the Spanish of that earlier video you linked. (I understand no Spanish at all.) I didn't say anything earlier because there was some discussion behind the scenes about whether the guy in that video was too young, but we've decided - by majority if not unanimity - that it's okay. And that was a great link. So thanks so much for your contributions!
