To be fair, even in a liveried vehicle, unless I'm under supervision, double manned or with a trainee, I wouldn't speed if I was that desperate. Solo, I'd find a layby and be discreet. With a passenger I'd be even more discreet or use actual services.
Even in countries like the USA where public urination is illegal there are plenty of places to go, you just have to be creative. Then there is the option to just 'let go'.
There was a pornhub video I watched some time ago of a guy driving home in his mustang litterally holding on, pretty awesome really but he made it to the driveway and litterally exploded lol.
For those that don't know, I drive a lorry delivering to fast food restuarants and Brian is also trained to the high standard that I am as well

Wow, you were certainly quick on the draw with this one, Chikita! I love the video they put out a few years ago where they tested different portable urinals; I hope they keep exploring this topic haha.
Letting out a 600ml+ pee in just under 3 minutes doesn't sound like a super impressive ability, but when your bladder is at its limit and all the pee just wants to gush out, it is a challenge to let it out slowly: I know that from experience.

I actually enjoyed that video these experiment things usually rubbish they rarely actually show any desperation and they always go pee claiming they can't wait any longer, way before you know they are really desperate however you can tell from the start of this video he really had to go and he still holds out for another 10 minutes or so and he definitely did wait until he literally couldn't. Very great find

Both of these fellows demonstrated bladder capacity within the average range for their age, and although they both "had to go" they probably could have held longer and peed more. Link seemed able to maintain a very small trickle, which is actually quite a skill, though I think Rhett was able to limit his flow somewhat. My rule of thumb is that an average man can pee a liter in a minute. The range is pretty wide, and we've seen videos of guys peeing a liter in much less (I love those firehose pisses!), and those with narrow urethras may take much longer. This video might have been titled, "Who can control their rate of pee better?"
