I’m missing quite a few… there are some hidden gems out there which were easy to find for years but not anymore.. I believe youtube constantly changes its algorithm making it harder for people with our ‘special interests’ to find what they are looking for..

This video is Korean. I don't understand the conversation though.
It appears to me to be one of those guys with a "I don't care attitude", smoking, spitting, and urinating as he wished. I don't see desperation in him. Most likely he was filmed because he was causing nuisance to the residents.

Ah I had assumed it was Japanese as it was a link from Tameshigaki2 Twitter account that I found it. Though I didn't have sound switched on, so in future I should.

Actually he retweets posts of various languages. Mostly Japanese, but there's a mix of Chinese, Korean, and others.
