Apparently there isn't a toilet where he thought there was, and the fellow speaking - who sounds older - is enjoying the situation. Over the years I've had a number of workers inside and outside of the house who had to deal with their full bladders. Most commonly they held it until lunch or quitting time if they could, but if they'd been drinking a lot of water or soda they couldn't.
