Hi all, I know everyone will have different tolerances, but how long do you guys reckon you could last after drinking two pints of water in succession?

Well two pints is roughly what is consumed as preparation for an abdominal ultrasound, so I reckon about 50 minutes before the first 'hmm', and then the beginnings of urgency after a further 30 odd minutes.

I'm going to drink a liter of water before bed, can I last until morning?

If you aren't overly hydrated, you might hold two pints of water while you're going about your daily routine for a couple of hours without difficulty. Two pints before bedtime? Assuming that you never wet the bed, you'll probably wake up before morning REALLY needing to pee.

Two pints of water back to back would probably be another 30/45 minutes before that hit then probably get an urge in another 15 minutes but if you do not add anymore it remain an urge but not really desperate for another while. Its better to just pace the drinking and take sips gulps over time then the desperation hits and gradually grow closer to peeing yourself.

2 pints I think is what they would ask somebody to drink for an ultrasound, which is assuming an average size bladder of crica 500mls...obviously, if you had a much bigger bladder you are going to need to drink much more...I can drink 2 litres and hold for at least 4 hours from the point I start drinking without any difficulty
