Morning Odds and Ends

On the news this morning was an item about a US football player who caused a plane to return to Boston, MA because he urinated on another passenger and became unruly. I presume he'd been drinking at the airport, probably had to pee by the time he boarded the plane, figured he could hold it until the seat belt sign went off, and couldn't.
Then I watched a video about a fellow who wanted to break the time record on visiting every BART (San Francisco) station. He failed - it took him 5 hours and 50 minutes. At least an hour before he finished he commented that one problem was that he didn't have time to go to the bathroom. I presume he had to go urgently enough to comment, and that he had to hold it for another hour. But he was a relatively young (hot) guy.
Lastly, was a report of dense fog in this area, slowing commuter traffic to a crawl. They showed a long line backed up at the exit to a rest area on the Interstate. I'm sure all those commuters weren't stopping for gas or coffee. I often think of commuters who may have had more than one cup before leaving the house in the morning and regretted it.
