Bladder Capacity

Dude, last Friday I tried to wait and find out very interesting things about my ability, first of all I want to say that I am exactly 18 years old, I searched on the internet the capacity of a teenager's bladder, I couldn't find the exact bladder capacity by age, but I found a page that said a healthy ADULT male can hold about 500 to 800 ml of water (which is already too much in my opinion)

I have a bottle of tupperware 500 ml purple, I drank it before going to bed, I sleep at 23:00 in the morning, I woke up at 6:00 in the morning (thanks to my alarm) I really wanted to pee, I managed to hold it until 8:00 in the morning, drinking water in the meantime, I ran to the bathroom and tried to hold it, but the pressure on my penis was too strong, I couldn't I couldn't even walk properly (crossed legs), my bladder felt like an extremely full water balloon, I get so emotional when this happens 🤩😭🥵

I imagine being so desperate in public, it must be even more exciting, anyway, I couldn't handle the pressure and started to pee in my green underwear, my pee was so white, normally when I'm desperate to pee my dick starts to get hard, but this time I was so desperate that my dick refused to get hard (it's easier to hold when it's hard), I'm sure I drank almost 1 liter of water, I think I exceeded my limit in this experience

I read on the internet that before your bladder explodes you pee your pants involuntarily (which didn't happen). I really wanted to pee but I didn't want to, but I also couldn't hold it for much longer

So I wanted to ask you guys, what is your bladder capacity and have you ever involuntarily peed yourself? I believe that no one pees involuntarily, what happens is that the pressure on the penis is so strong that you feel your penis go numb and you can no longer hold the urge and end up peeing, even wanting to hold on longer

Do you believe that someone pees their pants involuntarily? Because I don't, just remembering that I didn't leak, I simply peed completely when the pressure reached alarming levels

The usual literature says 500 to 700 (or 800) mL is the maximum capacity of the "normal" bladder and yes, it also says that unless there is some pathology you will pee involuntarily before your bladder will burst. While that may be true in many cases, I think a large proportion of "involuntary" releases occur when the discomfort or pain is too great, not because of the failure of the sphincter. There are, however, psychological factors. When relief is near, such as at your doorstep as you fumble for your keys, the urgency can increase to the point of being overwhelming, and I've always peed almost automatically when taking a shower.

In my younger days I didn't often measure, but I know I could hold a liter, but as I aged my capacity (or perhaps my willingness to endure discomfort) decreased. An erection did help to hold, adding a pleasure element to the process.

Anecdotal evidence from other places such as this suggests a large variety of ways people can lose control. I believe a significant proportion of people can involuntarily void their bladders without significant pain or discomfort, other than the urgency itself. I myself belong to this category.

I just think my bladder is small, because I'm sure I haven't even had 1 liter of water, maybe when I grow up my bladder will increase in capacity too 😅

But I find the idea of peeing your pants involuntarily so hot, it's the limit of the human body, bro 🤩

And the feeling on the penis is wonderful, bro, holy shit 🤤🤤

It's one of the best feelings in the world ✋

Every time you hold your pee do you leak? voluntarily or not? And I also want to ask: Do psychological factors affect the ability to hold it? Because I have anxiety and I know that when you're desperate to pee you can get agitated, you can start sweating... and this is one of the symptoms of anxiety, starting to sweat in desperate situations, can this be overinflated in people with such psychological factors?

My answer to your first question is whether I hold it past my limit, and I have a good idea where my limit lies. Once over the limit, pee will start leaking involuntarily in spurts of increasing volume, and before long it will become an unstoppable full flow. But I don't always hold it to my limit, especially in situations where it is inappropriate to wet myself. In those cases I typically will go to the toilet after feeling the urgency for a while, but still I get some kind of a cheap thrill.

When I was younger, I found it almost impossible to relax my sphincter muscles sufficiently to let any pee out into my pants even though I felt that I was absolutely desperate. At a certain phase in my life, I became interested in finding my limits, and finally found it after several attempts. However, I indulged in this very intense pleasure way too often, and as a result my bladder had weakened significantly and never recovered its holding power to what it used to be. So while I don't think it is a bad idea to try to find your limit, be careful not to over do it.

These days, I still like to play such more serious holding games, but I can only do it occasionally lest I risk becoming incontinent. There are still times I hold it past my limit and totally pee myself, but mostly I like the challenge of holding it to as close to my limit as possible, with the aim of having zero leakage.

Most of the medical literature says that holding too long too often will cause the bladder walls to thicken and become less elastic. This may not only reduce your capacity but also prevent you from fully voiding. So, all things in moderation.

When we're younger, it's normal to test the limits. And because some of us find the sensations of a full bladder pleasurable, even erotic, we may want to prolong that pleasure. Many of us here have no doubt purposely deferred peeing until the discomfort outweighed the pleasure, or until we involuntarily began to pee. Some enjoy the wetting, though for me, holding it in is the main event. We may measure the output when we're truly desperate and strive to increase the amount. Just as bodybuilders take pride in lifting greater weights, we may, either consciously or subconsciously, be pleased if we can hold more in our bladders than other men.

We can empathize when we know another man is experiencing urgency, and it may excite us just as our own holding activities do. Observing the subtle dance, the crossing of the legs, the pinching of the penis, are popular topics here, as is seeing a man pee in an inappropriate place or wetting his pants when he simply can't hold it in any longer.

I'm convinced that many men may enjoy holding a full bladder, though they might not admit to something so contrary to their upbringing. I call them "closet holders", and I've known some of them.

It's quite normal to be able to hold less and less with repeated holding on the same day. The "sphincter gives way again" game. If you enjoy the desperation and loss of control, that's one way to do it, but as you point out you need a day or so to recover.
