The 1st episode has aired and we find out that it was former Olympic swimmer Mack Horton who flooded his shorts in the trailer. There isn't much more footage of the incident, whay is shown in the trailer is largely what was shown in the full episode, with it going mostly unacknowledged later on. I've clipped together footage of the wetting.

There is also an article were Mack talks about the incident.

That is awesome! Thanks for sharing the clip. I saw that there was a pants pissing in the preview commercial, didn't expect the pants wetter to be so handsome! WOW!

He says he was "just busting", and I would wonder why. Surely he would have had a chance to pee before going on camera. Perhaps he didn't have to go that bad and assumed he could hold it.

Thanks for making the video (that was well worth creating a vimeo account to see it!) and for finding the Daily Mail article about it. Awesome indeed!
It builds on the clip which drnk2mch
posted in the Master Video List a couple of weeks ago.
And it appears that it's not the first time one of the male contestants has wet himself on this type of challenge, as evidenced by
another Daily Mail article complete with video in that article.
What must have been going through those guys' minds, stuck there waiting for their challenge and finding that they couldn't hold their bursting bladder any longer, watched by TV cameras and all!

What I suspect had occurred is that as this season was filmed in Morocco and the producers were concerned about the contestants getting heatstroke, especially doing anything physically demanding. In the beginning of the episode while the contestants were on the bus there is an close up of Mack having a drink from an almost empty clear, unlabelled bottle and during the 1st challenge another contestant is drinking from an identical bottle, so I'm assuming that the producers were providing plenty of water to the contestants so they don't get dehydrated or heatstroke, and when he needed to pee either the producers didn't notice or ignored him when he tried getting their attention as they were probably already filming and didn't want an interruption so he just had to hold it in.

What’s astonishing is the sheer volume he peed. The size of the puddle or at least the size of the wetness around his feet is enormous.

That underscores the fact that he was really bursting to pee. Holding when you need to pee that urgently can add to the anxiety of the event.
