I hadn't heard this before, but read the phrase on another board.
What would you say this is?
In the context I read it. It comes from the the story about the man on the bus that I think was busting for a pee and after acknowledging each other felt comfortable enough to do that pee and have fun with it in plain sight of myself.
Intuitive mutual understanding that one is holding in pee, and that it is safe to do or even enjoy that pee in the company of each other, particularly if somewhere other than dedicated facilities.
It can go one way or two. The man on the bus was holding in pee, and anticipating release. Even though I was not, somehow I acknowledged that, he understood that I understood and was OK with it. So when he got off the bus he felt comfortable having great time doing his wee in plain view of myself. Two ways, had I not been empty and asked "mind if I?", I potentially could have stood next to him and we would have mutually enjoyed our wees together
I think there might have been alcohol involved too, lowering inhibitions.
I'm sure many have some mates we're comfortable peeing with, or even playing some naught boys games. And some men are just quite straight up and down, man to man, already scanned peedar friendly.

What do you find an intuitive indication that another guy is holding or that he is safe company to pee with? And this is not about anything more, not about going further or going home and doing something afterwards, it's just at the level of signaling mutual understanding man to man of a good pee. In this instance I'd say it was the wide eyed acknowledgement and big grin. In other scenarios it might be more straight forward, I've been directly ask "mind if I?" before a pee behind a pole at the train station for example. At pubs for example I find myself intuitively noticing who's drinking rounds and not unloading, 50/50 sometimes they go do something impressive, sometimes nothing happens, so I wouldn't say my peedar is not entirely accurate anyway. And observed all the way up to explicit vigorous gyration (deliberate, he could have gone any time) followed by clearly enjoyed explosion with little desire to conceal.
What would you do to give subtle hints you're holding or will even take pride in the big piss you're about to accomplish?
In a slightly more competitive setting, for example, if I'm having a good old pub piss hold, I might take a wide stance at a high table and gently gyrate from time. I've stood playing the pokies doing the same, I think quite a few guys hold in pee at the pokies, I've had some interesting ones there, that's another story. I don't know what I'd use to hint in the bus scenario, maybe just eye contact and a grin do the trick.
I don't know. Sometimes it's great just being a man and mutually enjoying having a good wee. I guess our peedar assess compatibility of the company
