Watching the whole 11+ minutes is worth it if you want to see the subtle desperation signs for one of the two guys at least.
Listening to what that guy says at 10.45 and just after will confirm the situation if you weren't convinced.

I love this vid regardless as the guys are hot but what exactly does he say at 10:45 to confirm he needs a pee. The constant grabbing indicates he does but what's the confirmation

I can see that pee-holding is a necessary skill in Marine boot camp. So these guys are pros at it.

What I think he says is:
"I guess we're gonna have to f...ing piss ourselves..."
(Looks at his Marine mate for confirmation but doesn't get it.)
"...Because I'm not gonna last much longer."

(Not too easy to make out, though, but that's the gist I think.)

It's quite nice, isn't it? Scroll back from the point where it starts to 9 minutes as Keith says, and we are treated to a very brief but priceless scene of two macho guys in a car "busting for a piss" (their words), and each one then physically having a go at the other.
