Love how he jumps up and down struggling to hold on. Then he turns outwards and fumbles with his zipper. But you can tell how he starts pissing before he gets it out. You can hear the guys laughing at him, they must have noticed him leaking onto to platform from behind.
What surprised me though was how short his wee was! For someone that desperate, I would have expected longer

Yes, the short time spent peeing over the edge (after, as you say indeed, he belatedly gets it out after he's already done some in his shorts) surprised me a bit too. Could it be a smaller than average bladder? A thicker than average pee stream? Or did he clench up and stop doing it because of the sheer embarrassment in front of his laughing friends, so that he set off down that wire still needing to let the rest out? What do you think?

He would not have suddenly peed at that moment unless he was about to do it in his shorts, and I speculate that he stopped the flow as soon as he could because of embarrassment. He probably peed again at the other end.

That's a good point. I definitely agree. I was hoping that he would pee right after he went down and that the video would capture it but oh shucks oh well. He must have been feeling the need while going ziplining the whole time. But just couldn't make it to the last zip line down to the bottom.
Very interesting! He's definitely peed himself quite badly, and his friends spot that after he's peed in the river.
I'd like to know what they're saying to see if it gives more information about how it happened, but I guess the language they're speaking is Japanese since according to the video caption it's at the Kamogawa river in Kyoto, and Japanese is not one of your far Eastern languages if I remember right? Or do you (or anyone else) know what they're saying?
