Gas Station Letdown

Post by Lakefront »

Hello people, I’m new here and have a sighting of sorts to share.

The other day I was out with my mom and brother and we stopped at a gas station to get frozen drinks—or so we planned.

The previous night there had been a storm which knocked the power out, because of that the water treatment plant had lost power for just a few moments. So to prevent putting out polluted water, all establishments in the area had to turn off all their water for a period of time.

That meant that not only were their drink machines not working, but neither were their restrooms.

What this meant was my brother and I got a few brief glimpses of several men approaching the door (some in a hurry!) only to see “NO RESTROOMS” written on the door in bold letters and turn away in frustration.

My mom joked that these men had probably been holding it and were counting on using the bathroom in the gas station, only to end up let down. I wonder what many of these guys resorted to as their plan B! I suppose they could have simply gone into another nearby gas station or supermarket, but I imagine if any of them were on a long road trip and unfamiliar with the area he would be in trouble!

Here in the UK people would have probably just found a hedge or something. Behind a building or large tree. Depending on the loads required to let out of course ;)

You have to wonder how the staff members at the gas station managed too!
Thanks for this great first posting by the way!

Many service stations have a janitor-style sink for washing greasy/dirty stuff. I know for a fact that some employees pee in it.

Welcome to our group here. Thanks for a great observation as your introduction.

Some guys would be in great trouble. The reason is they are not going to stop until they have become desperate. Some can still hold on for another 2 hours if they have to, however, the tension is at the breaking point! Add the refreshment drinks that have recently been consumed. Some have put off stopping too late. Now, they are beyond desperate and the toilets are closed.

Sounds like the beginning of a story someone might write!

The scene that we all like to see appears.

The janitor's utility sink is a perfect solution for the employees. The sink has a stopper on a chain. The utility sink is used to wash out mops that have seen duty around the urinals and toilets. This isn't the same as peeing into the washbasin we used to wash faces!

The problem with the janitor's utility sink is that it can only hold so much before it overflows. Customers most likely are out of luck. The owners of the business feel an obligation to take care of their employees. Lads, aged 18-25, are not their concern unless, of course, the owners are one of us. Then, for sure the toilets will be closed for our favored lads who might stop in to take advantage of the urinals that are now closed for public use!

Or,

Employees, except for the lads aged 18-25, could go in groups of one or more to a place with working toilets. Lads should be able to hold it forever. Of course, the lads can't hold it any longer than the other employees. Here is a perfect time for lads to learn the signs that lead up to the loss of bladder control since some of us happen to be nearby to witness these events by our favored lads!

We are just trying to help. :!: :!: :!:

These lads will be groomsmen or be the groom at weddings. We wouldn't want our lads to become aware of these symptoms and wet their pants in front of the church. Maybe not today. But later, our lads will look on their mishap while at work and be thankful that they learned about bladder control at work, not while standing in front of several hundred guests at a wedding with pee running down both legs into the new dress shoes and making a huge puddle that the wedding party has to try to walk around.

In fact, we have several wonderful stories about Danny. You will want to read his story about going to a country church for a wedding. I can't remember if those stories are in the General section or in the Stronger Interests section. You don't want to miss them!

Again, welcome to our group. As you most likely have guessed, we don't look favorably on lads 18-25 getting opportunities for potty breaks. We prefer to watch our lads get more and more desperate.

The other option that I am aware of, is if this has happened before they could have a couple of large 5 or 10 litre water bottles that they have used in the past and refilled and put in stores for when the water goes off again, and after every so many users, have filled the flush header tank so they can flush the loo for the employee toilets.

Those are separate from what the public use.
